Goldfield is a dry-land farm that leans into the seasons rather than against them. Summers grow the corn and beans; autumn is for curing squash in the long barn and milling grain to order.

The pumpkin patch opens the first weekend of October and the heirloom flour — milled the morning you buy it — is what keeps regulars driving out from the city.
