This Privacy Policy describes how HarvestMap ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit harvestmap.co (the "Site").

Information we collect

If you use our farm finder, ZIP code search, or location-based features, we may collect your general location (city/region level) based on your IP address or browser geolocation settings. We do not store precise GPS coordinates unless you explicitly enable and grant permission for enhanced location features such as "Use my location."
User-submitted information. If you submit a farm listing, a "what's ripe" report, a correction, or a contact form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and message content.
Information from third parties. We source farm data (names, locations, crops, and contact details) from public directories such as the USDA Local Food Portal and PickYourOwn.org, and from grower submissions. This data is aggregated and displayed on the Site.

Advertising and cookies
