Half of Mossgrove’s harvest is cultivated under cedar shade on inoculated logs; the other half is foraged, by permit, from the wet coastal forest after the first autumn rains.

Chanterelle season is the headline act — late September through the first hard frost — but the indoor laying yards mean fresh oyster and lion’s mane are available the whole year through.
